No Practice This Week Only
6pm EST / 5pm CST: VINYASA FLOW – a 60min practice focused on synchronizing breath and movement between postures to build heat, strength, and focus; does assume some prior knowledge. Free with donation request (VALERIE RUCKER)
THUR MAY 28
12pm EST / 11am CST: YIN FLOW – a 45min practice comprised of slow movements with an emphasis on our body, mind, and breath. Yin is a more gentle yoga practice that harmonizes personal energy and directs inward to calm the nervous system by practicing asana, finding your personal “edge,” and then hanging out in postures for 1- 5min.
